This Sunday there is a Walk/run for all at Columbine High School.
Joey Santaniello graduated last year, he died over the summer. Joey Santaniello couldn’t say many words but he could say two words that his mom, Attendence Secritary Leslie Santeniello, taught him “Hey baby”. His favorite thing was also blue raspberry dumdum suckers.
The event is October 7, and the walk is at Columbine High School. It is $15.00 for Columbine student registration, and $20.00 for public registration. Register online here.
The 5k is at 9am. The benefits of this walk/run goes to the Significant support classroom (SSC). Along with the proceeds will go to basketball uniforms, supplies for the classroom, etc.
The benefits of this would mean that the kids would have better materials in class and the school could have better basketball uniforms for them. For more information contact Mrs. Shelly at BUS. 5, go to the Columbine High School Website, or go to the Columbine High School front desk
